Nepal is home to eight out of the fourteen highest peaks in the world. From these breathtaking heights, rivers crash down through the foothills.  The monsoon rains and melting gorges help feed water into the rivers, creating thrilling rapids of varying difficulties. Popular rafting rivers include:

Trisuli River (1-3 days)
Seti River (2 days)
Bhote Koshi River (2 days)
Kali Gandaki River (3 days)
Marsyandi River (4 days)
Sun Koshi River (7 – 9 days)
Arun River (9 days)
Karnali River (10 days)
Tamur River (11 days)

The monsoon rains often make some rivers too dangerous to raft.  Others are available for rafting year-round.  Please ‘Contact Us’ for further detail if you are interesting in a rafting trip!
